This dealership is at a different level.  I've been buying and selling boats for 30+ years and have never experienced the level of care, knowledge, and attention to detail from any other dealership or salesman like this.  This kind of sales and service is the type that makes somebody stay with a boat manufacturer forever because of the service from the local dealer.  I was 100% going to buy a 271 Grady White Canyon and this experience with the dealership will make me an Edgewater owner for life.
I purchased a brokered boat very recently.

Office- I called the main number and the woman in the office (who I never met) knew who I was immediately, knew what boat I purchased,  and she went above and beyond to make sure I got the service I needed.

Sales-   I met Billy 5+ years ago looking for a boat and I'm not a big customer by any means.  Billy never made me feel like I was a tire kicker, learned about my interests and the way I used my boat, understood that I was looking for a lightly used boat (never tried to upsell me to a new one), and finally found the right one for me and basically gave me first opportunity before it even hit the market.  He worked hard for a fair deal between the seller (also a long time customer) and myself and I couldn't be happier.  Billy is a straight up gentleman and his knowledge in the industry and as a hands on captain is unmatched.  On delivery he ran the boat back with me an hour+ away and gave me a great run-through of the boat.  He even went off our route home to mark some spots in Moriches inlet to make sure I knew about them to avoid any hazards if I ever come back through.
Service-  Justin is aces, he went above and beyond to help me come up with a plan for winterization of my brokerage boat and help me familiarize myself with a few things I needed on the boat.  These guys treat you like you purchased a brand new boat and you are their biggest customer.  Mike- I went back to the dealer a few times during the boat hunting process and Billy wasn't working.  Mike took the time to show me some boats and basically gave me unbiased opinions from a service point of view that really helped in my decision making process.
Facility-  The facility is immaculate, the boats in inventory (new or used) are immaculate,  and you can tell the place runs like a well oiled machine.
FYI- My boat is not under warranty anymore.  These guys treat you like you bought a brand new boat under warranty.

Buying a boat can be stressful, but the team at Modern Yachts made it one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had in all my years of boating.

Billy and Justin are truly top-notch. They addressed every concern quickly and professionally. I’ve always believed you should judge people not just by how they handle the easy parts, but by how quickly and effectively they respond when a concern comes up. Billy and Justin exceeded my expectations every step of the way.

There were absolutely no pressure tactics. Billy even gave me honest opinions about other boats I was considering. He never seemed focused on anything other than helping me find the best fit for my family and me.

I had such a good experience at this dealership. While, I haven’t made a final decision on my purchase, I know I will be buying a boat from Modern Yachts in the near future. Captain Billy was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process including providing  a virtual tour of the boat since we were not local, helping with the survey prior to finalizing the purchase, and personally delivering the boat to us!
